Beloved

The definition of BELOVED is a much loved person, adored, treasured, highly regarded, revered. Did you know that God calls you His beloved child? I recently had an unexpected death in my family. The sadness overwhelmed me and I asked God to give me his comfort. He gave me a few words of the song Beloved by Jordan Feliz. "You are beloved. I just wanted you to know. You are beloved." You are God's beloved too.

Prepare For the Battle

Psalm 44 Here in this world where we live or lives, terrible things may happen.  Even to Christians.  We are not immune to circumstances.  We may experience troubling personal circumstances that drag us down. We can feel empty of God's presence, bewildered, distressed, depressed and abandoned by God over these circumstances.  We are human.  Don't be afraid to face these circumstances even though you feel empty and alone. The secret to getting through these times is reliance on God.  Remember that His convent never fails. Remember what God has done for you in the past and hold on tightly to that. Write down the times that you have experienced God's love so when the tough times come into your life, you are prepared for the battle. Take them to heart, be encouraged, your circumstances will improve, and you will come out of it with stronger faith in God. Be blessed.

Yes we have a choice to follow God or not. And parents you have a choice for your family. It is important for the whole family to go to church together, pray together, and read the bible together. Parents the responsibility is on you to make sure your children know and serve the Lord. Jesus will hold you accountable for your children. So who does your entire family serve? Can you say as for me and my house, we serve the Lord? If not, start today.
